Ticket# 60. WORST Chinese food I've ever experienced!! Could taste nothing but the incredibly old oil they used to fry with; the odor of old oil was more than noticeable! Shrimp roll soaked with it to the point of gagging! Portions were ridiculously small for the hefty price of each and completely tasteless!!! We work very hard for our money and to know a business would deliver such trash is infuriating to say the least! Will NEVER order from them again and will NEVER recommend! Ripping people off, sub standard food, horrid old oil.....yeah guess you've come to the right city! Just another front with nothing of substance or integrity behind it; welcome to Pensacola.....you fit right in!

Great take out place! We love the cheese wontons, chicken or shrimp lo mein, beef and broccoli, and of course the general tso's chicken.

I ALWAYS ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND NEVER EVER GET IT. I ASK WHEN I PLACE THE ORDER SO IF IT IS AN EXTRA CHANGE THEY CAN TELL ME BECAUSE I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR IT. WHEN I ASK FOR THE EXTRA SAUCE THEY ALWAYS SAY OK BUT NEVER SEND IT. THE SAUCE IM SPEAKING ABOUT IS SOY SAUCE. IF I ORDER $40 WORTH FOOD 3 PACKAGES WILL NOT WORK.

I got chicken curry. It was great! Another person got sweet and sour chicken. They gave him A LOT of chicken but on the small side/finger food. Either way, tasted great. We also go the cheese wontons, excellent. Egg rolls..eh? Oh and lo mien was good too.
Person taking food orders on phone was a bit short and tad rude but, our orders were correct. It did take over an hour when the said it would only take 45 mins. So that sucked.
We'd order again bc the food was good.

Absolutely awful costumer service. Hung up on me when I called to inform them of an emergency. Their staff needs a hung attitude adjustment.

I like how they have an American answering the phone, taking orders, greeting customers, etc. Not having to work around the language barrier is very convenient. Food is above average for a simple Chinese takeout place.

This changed owners Oct 2013 - bad move - we (me or my business) will not beordering from here again ! the food has been very low quality/taste, the portions have been cut in half, overcharge for substitutions and rude phone staff ...
My business orders from here quite frequently for large groups - they have lost good business !

Unbelievable. I ordered from them once before and they delivered (after and hour and half). I ordered again today and waited two hours. Then I call to find out they no longer deliver to my area so I waited all that time for nothing - they didn't even bother to call me to tell me that. Who does that?
